What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bakery Assistant position at Heirloom Donuts?
This position is one for a person that has baked in a commercial kitchen and is understanding of measurements, standards and use of recipes. This position is early morning 5 days per week and is the assistant to the lead patisserie chef, Casey Anderson. This person will be able to require minimal oversight and training on the basic offerings in the locations we serve.
