About Heirloom Fire:
Heirloom Fire is a live-fire catering company dedicated to creating immersive, farm-to-table dining experiences. Our events highlight seasonal ingredients, open-fire cooking, and impeccable service in stunning outdoor settings. We are looking for passionate, service-oriented individuals to join our Front of House (FOH) team and help bring our events to life.
Position Overview:
As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of Heirloom Fire, ensuring guests receive exceptional hospitality while immersing them in our unique dining experience. FOH positions may include Servers, Bartenders, Event Captains, and Support Staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, professional service that enhances the guest experience.
- Set up and break down dining areas, bars, and service stations.
- Assist with table service, including food and beverage delivery, guest interactions, and maintaining a clean event space.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the menu, ingredients, and cooking techniques to engage with guests.
- Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth service and timely food delivery.
- Follow all Heirloom Fire service standards and safety protocols.
- Adapt to changing event needs and problem-solve in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in hospitality, catering, or fine dining service preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work well in a team and take direction from event captains and management.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Part-time, event-based work with flexible scheduling.
- Events are primarily on weekends and require travel to various locations.
- Competitive hourly pay, plus potential for gratuities.
