Tossd is our newest restaurant concept-healthy salads, bowls, baked breads and desserts. Restaurant-quality meals with drive-through convenience. Currently Tossd has three locations in Utah County. We will open four to five stores across Utah and Salt Lake counties within the next year. We are looking for a motivated, energetic, disciplined and self-governing individual to help us grow this concept into a national brand.
The right candidate will share our love for great food, and making friends out of our customers. And will also have the ability and skill to manage a rapidly growing brand, and to create a team of like-minded and skilled store managers in each location. The Tossd GM will work closely with the catering manager to provide services to surrounding businesses and organizations. The GM will also work closely with the Tossd corporate team to maintain and train to brand standards.
Ideally, the right person will have experience in running a fast food concept, training young employees to brand standard, and developing and maintaining operating procedures to brand standard.
Responsibilities :
Operational Leadership :
- Provide overall leadership and direction for the restaurant, ensuring efficient and effective daily operations.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and administrative functions.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasting revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.
- Manage inventory levels and implement systems to control food and beverage costs.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective replenishment of stock.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer traffic and increase revenue.
- Plan and oversee promotional events and partnerships to enhance the restaurant's visibility.
- Analyze sales data, trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for management, outlining performance metrics and strategic recommendations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships within the local community.
- Represent the restaurant at community events and engage in outreach to enhance the restaurant's presence.
