Heirloom is a company that specializes in physical video books that play your photos and videos (with sound). Our video books hold up to 20 minutes of videos and photos and we have more than 16 different cover designs, or an option to customize. We are a family run, small business and due to our rapid growth, we are looking to expand our team.

Responsibilities:
- Learning and becoming proficient in our video book loading software
- Printing custom covers
- Completing fulfillment center organizational tasks
- Facilitating order fulfillment
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
Experience:
No prior experience required. Candidates must be organized, responsible, eager and excited to learn about retail, startups, customer service, business development, marketing and order fulfillment.

Duration/Income:
The position shall begin in the beginning of May 2025 and is located in an office building in downtown Bethesda, MD. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age. Pay is $19.50/hour. Work hours are flexible, but typically M/W/F from 11am to 4pm.
