Essential Functions
- Set and adjust rental prices based on market demand, seasonality, special events, revenue goals, and other factors.
- Analyze seasonality, elasticity, occupancy, and other factors at market and property levels to continuously arrive at the optimal price for a given night.
- Evaluate the reservation calendar and maximize occupancy across all properties by optimizing pricing and minimum night standards
- Forecast future demand and suggest pricing strategies based on anticipated trends.
- Track KPIs across markets and properties, including occupancy rates, average daily rates, lead booking times, and recent booking flows.
- Perform statistical analysis on historical reservation data to drive change and improvements to our current pricing strategy.
- Utilize knowledge of Tableau (data visualization), Google sheets, and relational database structures to design aggregations and queries that offer data visualizations in the form desired for business analysis.
- Work together with Marketing and Sales to execute pricing strategies as directed by management.
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
- 3 years of data analytics experience.
- Revenue management experience.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace products.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and management skills.
- Ability to work Monday - Friday 9:00 to 5:00 CT
