Overview of Position:
Heiser Automotive Group has an immediate opening for an experienced F&I Manager on a part time basis. We are seeking a professional individual, preferably with sales and finance experience, who has a customer-friendly attitude, computer skills, and who is a self-starter and team player. The Part Time F&I Manager is responsible for helping customers finance their vehicle purchase by working with lending agencies; They are also responsible for having a deep understanding of aftermarket options and warranties that can be purchased with the vehicle being sold. The job of the F&I Manager is to 1.) Protect the Dealer 2.) Deliver Vehicles and 3.) Produce Gross Profit. The job would require approximately 25 hours per week. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to stay in touch with the business but can’t devote 45-50 hours a week,

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year(s) relevant finance, sales, and management experience
- Sale License required
- Valid and clean WI Driver’s License
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to function as part of a team and work independently
- Ability to adapt to the needs of a fast-paced work environment
