Position: Payroll Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Manage bi-weekly payroll using the Paylocity system
- Handle semi-monthly payroll for commission employees
- Perform accounting entries for each payroll
- Review payroll schedules
- Submit garnishment paperwork and payments
- Review employee time punches in the system
- Generate various payroll reports
- Conduct background checks
- Provide backup support for human resources
Requirements:
- Payroll experience, preferably with Paylocity
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Knowledge of state and federal payroll tax laws
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- General accounting knowledge
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
