Responsibilities
- Manage Regulatory Reviews
- Run a structured review process (similar to SDLC code review style).
- Take precise notes during meetings.
- Distribute line-coded project materials 5 days before reviews.
- Collect and organize stakeholder feedback for line-coded corrections, attaching them back to the project ticket for the review phase.
- Ensure timely reviews by following up with stakeholders.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain a weekly project status document.
- Create project update presentations (PowerPoint).
- Coordinate quarterly project reviews.
- Project Coordination
- Manage 50-60 projects annually (400 deliverables).
- Schedule and coordinate meetings.
- Maintain project records.
- Extreme attention to detail
- Proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Ability to meet deadlines and hold others accountable.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience with detailed note-taking.
- Experience in document control.
