Key Responsibilities:
- Data Integration & Management:
- Collect, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources, including internal databases, third-party systems, and external data providers.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure timely and accurate data flows for reporting purposes.
- Dashboard Development & Reporting:
- Design and develop interactive, visually compelling dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for executive leadership to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance.
- Create standard and ad hoc reports that provide actionable insights into business trends, financial performance, risk metrics, and operational efficiency.
- Data Analysis & Insights:
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement in banking operations, customer behavior, and financial performance.
- Interpret complex datasets and present findings in a clear, concise manner for non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with business units, IT teams, and senior leadership to understand reporting needs and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Provide analytical support for decision-making processes by delivering regular updates, analysis, and reporting.
- Process Improvement & Automation:
- Continuously assess current reporting processes, identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and streamlining data flow.
- Recommend and implement tools and systems to improve reporting capabilities.
- Subject matter expertise (BI, reporting, data analytics , and data discovery)
