Job Title: Reporting Data Analyst

Location: Hybrid – in office 2 days per week

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Reporting Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering, analyzing, and reporting on various data sources to create insightful dashboards and reports for senior executives. The Reporting Data Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Integration & Management:
• Collect, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources, including internal databases, third-party systems, and external data providers.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure timely and accurate data flows for reporting purposes.
• Dashboard Development & Reporting:
• Design and develop interactive, visually compelling dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for executive leadership to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance.
• Create standard and ad hoc reports that provide actionable insights into business trends, financial performance, risk metrics, and operational efficiency.
• Data Analysis & Insights:
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement in banking operations, customer behavior, and financial performance.
• Interpret complex datasets and present findings in a clear, concise manner for non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
• Work closely with business units, IT teams, and senior leadership to understand reporting needs and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Provide analytical support for decision-making processes by delivering regular updates, analysis, and reporting.
• Process Improvement & Automation:
• Continuously assess current reporting processes, identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and streamlining data flow.
• Recommend and implement tools and systems to improve reporting capabilities.
