Technical Project Manager – Cards

Location: Cleveland, Columbus, Buffalo, Albany

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager for our banking client embarking on a large core integration initiative in the consumer cards space. The ideal candidate will have strong banking and cards experience, exceptional facilitation skills, proactive and self-sufficient attributes, and the ability to deliver results in both agile and waterfall environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a facilitator, building strong relationships and indirectly managing team members to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently.
• Provide clear and concise updates to executive leadership through well-crafted communications and presentations.
• Oversee project budgets of $3 million or more, ensuring financial objectives are met.
• Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with diverse technology and business stakeholders to drive project success.
• Identify and mitigate risks, developing creative solutions to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  
  
  

Required Skills:

• Senior-level project management experience on large technology integration projects
• Extensive experience in banking
• Vendor management experience
• Financial and budget management for projects exceeding $3 million
• Proven ability to create executive-level communications and presentations.
• Familiarity with both agile and waterfall methodologies.
