Job Summary
The floating Leasing Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting property tours, and facilitating the leasing process across a variety of residential multifamily properties. This dynamic position requires a motivated and adaptable individual who will serve as a key ambassador for the company, representing each community in a professional and engaging manner. This person will be responsible for delivering a seamless leasing experience, fostering relationships with prospects, and helping the company maintain high occupancy rates across the portfolio. This is a highly flexible role, offering variety and the opportunity to work with multiple teams, learn about different communities, and develop a broad skill set in property management.
While this position offers a range of locations, candidates should be prepared for the possibility of extended assignments at either a specific property, or the company's corporate office, based on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct tours of residential units, showcasing amenities, layouts, and features to prospective residents.
- Engage with prospects, answer inquiries, and guide them through the leasing process from initial contact to lease signing.
- Provide an exceptional experience for prospects and residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in the completion of lease applications, verify tenant information, and ensure all necessary documentation is collected accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, lease status, and follow-up communications.
- Stay updated on property-specific information, pricing, availability, and promotions to provide up-to-date information.
- Travel between various properties as needed to support leasing teams and ensure high occupancy rates.
- Work closely with on-site property management teams and leasing staff to ensure smooth operations and high quality customer service.
