We currently have an exciting Per Diem career opportunity available to join the HKNC team as a Support Service Provider/Driver. Responsible to accompany and serve as a guide and/or SSP for Lead Research and Training Specialist, assisting with access to documents and office/computer software. Providing visual and environmental feedback in situations involving Zoom meetings, presentations and informal interactions may be requested. To accomplish this, it may be required to use personal vehicle.
**Note: this position requires travel through Oakland County Michigan, etc. Meeting all job duties and responsibilities will require use of personal vehicle.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
- Provide visual aid when working with computers and related equipment.
- Transport Lead Research and Training Specialist to and from client's residences, workplaces, or agency offices for in-person meetings, work, or training sessions.
- Provide aid and guidance maneuvering through buildings and locating meeting locations, especially in unfamiliar settings. Provide environmental details and assistance with directions as necessary.
- Performs all related duties as assigned by the Lead Research and Training Specialist and/or Administration.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- HS diploma required
- Knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the Internet.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Valid Driver’s License.
