Position: Private Duty Aide - Long Term CareJob Status: Part Time with Varied ShiftsPosition Summary:

• Acts as companion to residents. May participate in board games, card games, crafts, or other activities
• Match the resident former lifestyle as closely as possible within the environmental constraints of the facility
• Directly responsible to the Director of Nursing; also responsible to nursing staff on duty
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to work as a team as well as independently
• Demonstrates ability to be courteous, diplomatic, and tactful when interacting with residents
• BLS preferred
