What You’ll Be Doing:
You will ensure the project, product, and customer's orders are correct
Key Responsibilities:
- Verifies job number, material, assembly, and quantity
- Verifies that labels are correct
- Performs cycle counts to ensure counts are correct prior to starting any project
- Conducts hourly checklists
- Walks around during project to ensure appearance is clean and marketable
- Ensures labels are placed on straight while product is being handled
- Ensures the total quantity completed is the total quantity needed when a project is fulfilled
- Inspects products to ensure there is no damage and that the boxes are sealed sufficiently for shipping
- Audits and documents any mistakes
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements for Consideration:
- High School diploma or relevant experience
- Ability to bend, lift, and reach items most of the time
- Ability to lift heavy objects 50 pounds
- Ability to stock and organize products safely and accordingly, as some items are fragile
- Ability to handle/transport heavy items with the use of manual or mechanical handling machinery
- Ability to organize and clean work stations promptly
- Ability to work well with a team
- Ability to review and process shipping documentations
- Ability to help with process/logistics improvement efforts
- Ability to follow the safety rules and regulations as warranted by OSHA
- Ability to withstand warehouse settings (varying temperatures)
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
