Hybrid Schedule : Helen of Troy associates enjoy the advantages and flexibility of a hybrid working model, allowing for in office 3 days minimum, and remote 2 days. Any changes to this working model would be communicated accordingly.
What you will be doing :
The Administrative Compliance Specialist (internally known as Compliance Specialist) role is to submit testing for new products, product expirations, and material / process changes to meet market-specific testing requirements. The process will include reviewing and approving quotations to ensure costs are within the approved Compliance Budget, sample coordination, and filling out the Test request form.
Upload all active third-party lab test reports, Factory BOMs, and Regulatory Standards in the product database for records.
Work cross-functionally with Product Teams and Sales to support any compliance-related tasks and communicate any product issues / concerns. Build Documents of Conformity for all OXO and Hydro Flask products.

In California, Colorado, and New York City, the standard base pay range for this role is $62,000 - $93,000 annually. This base pay range is specific to New York City and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
