The Application Support
JOB SUMMARY:
- This position is responsible for the installation, configuration and support of HRMC's hardware and software as well as all troubleshooting for the Center's equipment, answering the helpdesk phone and logging tickets.
- The position will use a computer, calculator, copier and general office equipment in a busy environment with multiple distractions.

COMPENSATION:
- Starting salary for this position is approximately $22.21 /hr based on relevant experience and education.
QUALIFICATIONS - Application Support
Experience:
- Must have a minimum of two years' experience in the following: Microsoft applications, hardware and software support, basic understanding of the structure of file and print servers, Active Directory, virtual desktops and troubleshooting remotely.
- Prior experience in helpdesk, customer service and desktop/technical support and required.
- Application must possess basic knowledge of information technology operations and have excellent people skills.
Education:
- Graduation from an accredited two-year college or technical school, with an Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Three years of related experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
Physical:
- Normal IT operations environment using normal.
- Corrected eyesight.
- Hearing within normal range.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Driving, sitting, standing for extended periods of time.
