We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Specialist to join our OnTrack TN/Anderson Co. team. As a Master's Level Clinician, you will provide individual, group, and family counseling services as part of the First Episode Psychosis / OnTrack TN Model. This position requires a deep understanding of the etiology and treatment of mental illness, physical and sexual abuse, suicide, human development, and cultural diversity.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians to develop and implement effective treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client. This role also involves completing training, consultation calls, and ongoing reporting for the state of Tennessee (TDMHSA), as well as outreach and promotion of the program with outside agencies.
