What are the responsibilities and job description for the Master's Level Clinician Position position at Helen Ross McNabb Center?
The Helen Ross McNabb Center is seeking a Master's Level Clinician to join our team in Anderson County, Tennessee. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will be responsible for providing assessment and intake for clients with recent onset of psychosis, working within a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, providing therapy to clients, performing outreach in the community, and leading groups of clients and families quarterly.
This position requires a strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), CBT for psychosis (CBTp), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Attachment, Self-Regulation and Competency (ARC), and/or Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Play Therapy. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal, written, and computer skills, as well as experience working with children, youth, and young adults.
In addition to providing direct client services, this role will also involve collaborating with other agencies involved in the ecology of the individual and exercising sound judgment and effective decision-making under pressure.
