Job Summary:
Helena Motors is seeking a motivated and dependable Full-Time Lot Attendant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to maintaining the professional appearance of our dealership and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The Lot Attendant will be responsible for managing vehicle inventory, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lot, and assisting with dealership operations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Management: Organize and maintain the display of vehicles on the lot, ensuring they are clean, fueled, and properly aligned.
- Lot Organization: Monitor and manage lot inventory, moving vehicles as necessary for service, sales, and customer delivery.
- Customer Assistance: Greet and assist customers courteously, providing directions or information as needed.
- Detailing Support: Wash and vacuum vehicles as needed to maintain showroom quality.
- General Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness of the lot and other dealership areas by removing debris and performing light landscaping or snow removal.
- Operational Support: Assist the service and sales teams with tasks such as vehicle transport, plate installation, and supply stocking.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including manual transmissions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
