Job Title: Full-Time Shuttle Driver
Department: Service
Reports To: Service Manager
Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time hours; occasional Saturdays as needed
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Full-Time Shuttle Driver to join our team. This role is responsible for transporting customers to and from the dealership in a timely, safe, and courteous manner. As a key member of our customer service team, the Shuttle Driver helps create a positive experience for our service customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Safely operate the dealership shuttle vehicle to transport customers to and from the dealership and approved local destinations
- Greet all customers warmly and professionally; assist with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer drop-off and pick-up times
- Communicate with the service team to coordinate customer rides efficiently
- Keep the shuttle vehicle clean, fueled, and in good operating condition
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs to management
- Assist with light errands, parts delivery, or dealership support when shuttle runs are not needed
- Uphold the dealership’s commitment to customer satisfaction and safety
- Follow all traffic laws, dealership policies, and safety guidelines
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor
- Strong time-management and communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and assisting customers of all ages and abilities
- Familiarity with the local area is a plus
- Ability to sit for extended periods while driving
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally
- Frequent walking, standing, and assisting customers in and out of the vehicle
