Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Works with families to help them realize their self-sufficiency goals.
• Engages families in their children(s) learning activities.
• Serves as the link between families and community resources.

Required Skills, Abilities & Education:

• Requires a BS/BA Degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, or a related field.
• Requires at least two (2) years of employment experience working with children aged 0 – 3 and families in an educational setting.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• A valid Montana Driver’s License.
