Job Responsibilities and Duties:
· Working directly with clients on your caseload providing quality individualized ABA services.
· May assist with conducting evidence-based assessments to include insurance required assessments.
· Provide behavior analytic interpretations of results and data to treatment team members, caregivers and other significant persons.
· May assist the BCBA with designing individualized behavior analytic interventions and methods to include Behavior Support Plans, Skill Acquisition Treatment plans, programming, progress notes, behavior protocols, and insurance documents.
· May teach and train others to carry out ethical and effective behavior interventions, supervise RBTs and other treatment support staff in accordance with BACB guidelines and case necessity (Lead RBT positions only).
· RBT’s MUST receive ongoing supervision by a BCBA or qualified healthcare professional in accordance with BACB guidelines.
· Attend team meetings to include meetings with the BCBA and other supervisors.
· Providing consistent participation in implementing Behavior Support Plan, skill acquisition plan, programming and recommended strategies as written.
· Collect, review, and update BCBA on client data to assist in monitoring progress on a routine basis.
· Communicate with team members to include the BCBA, any identified issues with any case related protocols, interventions or plans in order to find a resolution.
· Communicate with caregivers/guardians regarding daily session notes, progress and session concerns.
· Create daily session notes each session.
· Build a positive and trusting relationship with clients and their families.
· Providing services within the home, school and community settings while traveling to these locations per client need.
· Providing a positive, fun and safe learning environment for clients.
Qualification and Skills:
· High-school diploma or equivalent.
· Must be at least 18 years or older.
· Must pass a background check.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Must be CPR/First aid certified (or obtain certification upon start)
· Must complete a 40-hour qualified RBT certification course (or obtain certification upon start. If obtaining RBT certification for HPBS, HPBS will provide an Exam reimbursement after 90 days of employment).
· BACB certification for RBT position and maintaining certification requirements in good active standing if already certified.
· Experience in the mental health, special education or with children with developmental disabilities required.

· Open availability and flexibility to working nights and weekends (if cases require to meet client needs)
· Willingness to travel to client homes(1-4 clients daily), community and school environments within the community
