Job Responsibilities :
- Draft, verify, send, and follow up on invoices via email and phone.
- Print checks as needed and deposit received payments.
- Periodically review outstanding invoices and retainage.
- Ensure lien rights are secured by producing and mailing necessary documents and recording liens as required.
- Handle official document notarization (Public Notary certification required-company can facilitate).
- Support the Accounting Manager with book reviews and adjustments as needed.
