WHAT YOU'LL DO

As our Foundation Repair Technician, you will be responsible for supporting commercial & residential foundation repair, soil stabilization, or concrete lifting & leveling projects. Career advancement is available. To succeed, you will need a flexible skill set, including the ability to communicate, work hard, and collaborate.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform general construction work including physical labor, using hand tools, and lifting materials as directed by the site supervisor;
• Understand project schedules, assume additional responsibilities, and work extended hours as needed to meet project deadlines;
• Work cohesively with team members to exceed client expectations;
• Maintain equipment daily to ensure it functions properly and safely;
• Align the work with Helicon's culture and strategic goals - Stay True, Communicate Clearly, Forecast Needs Outperform; and
• Work with the team on mutually agreed-upon KPIs.
