About the Role
We're seeking a Line Supervisor to join our team in Rogers, Minnesota.
As a Line Supervisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring a group of 20 Line Operators effectively, efficiently, and safely execute their duties.
You'll track and manage attendance and employee-related issues and work closely with the Production Lead to ensure a strong operating team.

Requirements
High school diploma (or equivalent) with at least two years of related supervisor experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Previous experience working on/leading production lines is considered an asset.
Ability to be a people leader, strong communication skills, and ability to be a self-starter are essential.
