Job Summary
">Join our team as a Maintenance Planner and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for implementing a planned workflow process to manage preventive, corrective, and improvement work.

- Develop and implement weekly, monthly, yearly, and long-term maintenance plans ">
- Assign required parts, tools, procedures, drawings, and resources to maintenance work ">
- Work closely with the maintenance team, engineering, quality, and production to coordinate maintenance activities ">
- Develop and implement a spare part and documentation management system ">
Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A minimum two (2) years' experience working in a planning capacity or technical maintenance in a manufacturing environment ">
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills ">
- High degree of collaboration with cross-functional teams ">
- Experience in industrial mechanic industry ">
- Strong computer skills ">
- Working knowledge of continuous improvement and problem-solving tools ">
Benefits
">We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $75,000 annually, as well as comprehensive benefits including employer-paid employee medical & dental benefits, performance incentive, life insurance, 401K match, paid PTO, paid sick days, and paid personal days.
