Job Title: Senior Product Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Engineer to lead our Product Engineering Program in solar module manufacturing. This role reports directly to the Director of Product Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Create prototyping and testing plans for solar modules
- Develop and implement requirements for quality inspection and testing of solar materials and modules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Logistics
- Provide technical support to Production, Engineering, and Quality
Requirements
- Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field
- Four years of related experience or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
- Hands-on experience in solar module manufacturing and testing
- Deep understanding of solar materials and solar module quality, performance, and reliability
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
