Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Control Panel Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low voltage systems and industrial maintenance, with the ability to read and interpret schematics. This role involves working closely with customers to ensure their needs are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety in our operations.
Responsibilities
- Assemble, install, and maintain control panels for various applications.
- Troubleshoot and repair control systems, including logic controllers and vision inspection systems.
- Calibrate equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with specifications.
- Provide field service support to customers, addressing any technical issues that arise.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve existing systems and processes.
- Troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLC
Qualifications
- Proven experience in low voltage systems, industrial maintenance, or related fields.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and calibration techniques.
- Experience with vision inspection systems is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation) practices is desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for field service assignments as needed.
