Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in maintaining and repairing equipment. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving, ensuring that all machinery operates efficiently and safely. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by performing routine maintenance, responding to service requests, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
- DAY 1 Expectation
1.) Demonstrates a safety-first mentality.
2.) Understands basic electrical components.
-EXAMPLES: Micrometers, sensors, VFDs, servos work enough to be safe. They should be able to use a meter day 1.
3.) Idea of mechanical components and how they interact with one another.
- EXAMPLES: Install hydraulic pump, grease bearings, repair a conveyor.
4.) Great team player that asks questions and shows an eagerness to learn.
