Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in industrial maintenance.
- DAY 1 Expectation
1.) Demonstrates a safety-first mentality.
2.) Understands basic electrical components.
-EXAMPLES: Micrometers, sensors, VFDs, servos work enough to be safe. They should be able to use a meter day 1.
3.) Idea of mechanical components and how they interact with one another.
- EXAMPLES: Install hydraulic pump, grease bearings, repair a conveyor.
4.) Great team player that asks questions and shows an eagerness to learn.
Everyday they will have assigned work to do on the line they are dedicated to that week. Current state they are responding to calls and breakdowns 5-6 hours out of their shift and very rarely getting to their assigned work.
They will be paired with a seasoned tech they have in house to help them learn. They will always have new sets of PMs and they will be all over the plant.
