Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Horse Cave, KY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our machinery and equipment through preventative and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. This Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency and safety within the facility.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics to make repairs
- Replace motors, cylinders, belts
- Troubleshoot electrical issues, including high voltage and low voltage systems.
- Collaborate with team members to develop maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing all maintenance tasks.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrician practices, including installation and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Familiarity with reading electrical and hydraulic schematics, and other technical documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing equipment issues.
- Experience in industrial maintenance with a focus on preventative measures.
