What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative (CSR) position at Helios Commercial Service Partners?

We are seeking a dynamic individual who is a quick learner and thrives in a quick paced environment. Applicants must be confident, detailed, organized, and a forward thinker. The candidate must be a strong decision maker, multi-tasker & detailed oriented.
Location : in office in Sun Valley, California
Hours : Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM
Fridays from 11 AM to 8 PM
Additionally, every third Saturday is a rotation, with shifts from 11 AM to 8 PM or 7 AM to 4 PM
If required to work on a Saturday, You will Receive Thursday Off

The base pay for this position ranges from $21.00 to $23.25 / hour. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
