**Responsibilities:**
* Manage a consistent pipeline of pre-scheduled appointments provided to top performers.
* Effectively present solar solutions to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition and addressing any concerns.
* Accurately assess client needs and tailor presentations accordingly.
* Navigate the sales process effectively, from initial contact to contract signing.
* Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales progress.
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution.
* Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
**Qualifications:**
* Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in a high-value, consultative selling environment.
