As an Account Manager Trainee, you will receive extensive hands-on training to master our direct marketing and sales strategies. Responsibilities of an Account Manager Trainee:
- Build brand awareness and drive sales revenue through various face-to-face local marketing and outreach efforts to promote services and further educate consumers on our clients
- Manage campaign development and setup between channel leaders and the Sales Account Manager Trainee team
- Support the marketing and sales department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing campaigns
- Track and analyze sales data to identify new opportunities and optimize customer outreach
- Collaborate with the Account Manager Trainee team on new sales techniques and establish sales targets on a weekly and quarterly basis
- Maintain attention to detail with new consumer accounts and acquisitions
Skills & Experience Needed to Succeed as an Account Manager Trainee:
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced sales and customer service environment
- A competitive spirit and the drive to meet and exceed sales goals
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or account management is a plus
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
Qualifications for an Account Manager Trainee:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to the office
- Ability to communicate effectively within a team & with customers
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
