As we embark on Frontier’s newest expansion project in the New London area, we need an Entry Level Sales Assistant to join our winning team.
Entry Level Sales Assistant Duties & Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers and clients to understand their unique wants and needs, and recommend tailored solutions when closing sales
- Assist the sales and marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns on behalf of Frontier
- Oversee the training and development of new Entry Level Sales Assistants to ensure a thorough understanding of company policies, operations, and sales goals
- Track KPIs and sales metrics to ensure company goals are met and areas for improvement are identified
- Run team meetings designed to develop and improve sales and customer engagement tactics within the Entry Level Sales Assistant team
