Role: SFDC Tech Delivery Manager

Description:
We are looking for an experienced SFDC Tech Delivery Manager to lead a blended onshore/offshore team delivering Salesforce solutions. This role is responsible for overseeing the design, build, and deployment of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural and security standards, and delivering on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- 8 years in IT with 3 5 years in Salesforce delivery management.
- Lead technical delivery for Salesforce solutions, including issue resolution and performance optimization.
- Manage and support a team of onshore and offshore resources.
- Ensure adherence to architecture, security standards, and SLAs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-focused solutions.
- Hire, coach, and manage team performance.
- Track team metrics and manage budgets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience managing global teams.
- Familiarity with Salesforce architecture and Agile methodologies.
- Salesforce certifications preferred.
