Position Overview : The 3rd Grade ELA & Math Teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging, standards-aligned lessons in both English Language Arts and Mathematics. The teacher will work with students to develop their critical thinking, reading comprehension, writing, and mathematical problem-solving skills while fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about teaching and committed to supporting the academic and emotional development of every child.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement engaging, differentiated lesson plans for English Language Arts (ELA) and Math based on curriculum standards.
- Foster a positive and respectful classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly through assignments, tests, and observations, providing targeted support as needed.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, classroom activities, and upcoming events.
- Use data-driven instruction to support individual student growth and achievement.
