SUMMARY :
The Project Assistant is responsible for general office and field tasks and providing supportive assistance to the office and project managers. The Project Assistant is responsible for assisting all team members, including but not limited to Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Responsibilities include general administrative duties.
- Prepare and maintain digital project files.
- Plan and schedule department meetings.
- Support the project start up and close-out processes on each job.
- Enter and review timecards for project personnel.
- Run daily, weekly and monthly reports and sort and process various project documents.
- Issue and maintain all purchase orders agreements. Ensure agreements are fully executed and received.
- Provide support with Project Start-up to include take offs, PEP and administrative processes.
- Assist with Purchase orders to include major purchase orders.
- Assist with CBOM preparation and releases.
- Assist with Post Job Analysis and Closeout.
- Assist with subcontracts.
- Update project system (CMIC).
- Job site visits to attend meetings, obtain photos and support Superintendents.
- Update and distribute 6-week labor schedule.
- Work closely with the accounting department on COB's, JCA's and department budget.
- Various Administrative support functions.
- Assist with Helix compliance requirements.

COMPENSATION
The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $42,000 to $52,000. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as : location, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for bonus and benefits.
