We are hiring a Performance Engineer (NOT just a Performance Tester) to join our team in Austin, TX! If you have strong expertise in identifying performance bottlenecks, conducting root cause analysis, and optimizing system performance, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Use profiling tools to identify performance bottlenecks and analyze root causes.
Conduct experiments to evaluate the impact of system changes on performance.
Plan, execute, and analyze performance tests in an automated testing environment.
Participate in architecture and design reviews for cross-functional engineering solutions.
Define, develop, and apply performance/scalability benchmarks.
Optimize SQL queries for enhanced performance.
Must-Have Skills:
Programming experience in Python, Perl, ABAP, Java, or C .
Hands-on experience with LoadRunner Enterprise, Apache JMeter, SoapUI, Postman.
Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA) & RESTful APIs.
Expertise in performance tuning SQL queries.
