     •           Massage Envy Franchises: 11 locations across the Dallas/Fort Worth and Austin markets.

Your Role as General Sales Manager


As the General Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of your Massage Envy location. This hands-on leadership role requires you to manage sales performance, ensure excellent customer service, and build a high-achieving team of Licensed Massage Therapists, Estheticians, and sales associates.


What You’ll Do

     •           Sales Leadership:

             •    Implement and teach the HELIX2 Method of Sales Training to drive membership and retail sales.

             •    Set and exceed ambitious sales goals, motivating your team to achieve consistent results.

     •           Team Development:

             •    Recruit, train, and retain top-tier talent, including Licensed Massage Therapists, Estheticians, and sales associates.

             •    Foster a positive and productive workplace culture where all employees feel valued and supported.

     •           Customer Experience:

             •    Ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience by maintaining Massage Envy’s high service standards.

             •    Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

     •           Operational Excellence:

             •    Oversee daily operations, including managing inventory, deposits, and compliance with labor and employment laws.

             •    Conduct regular performance reviews and provide real-time coaching to improve team performance.

     •           Marketing & Community Engagement:

             •    Utilize local marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote services.

             •    Leverage organic social media efforts with existing staff to build community awareness and engagement.
