Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights. This role involves working with various data sources, utilizing tools such as Power BI and Python, and contributing to database design and management. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting decision-making processes through effective data visualization and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand data needs for various projects.
  • Design and optimize databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Utilize Talend for data integration tasks, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data across systems.
  • Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by contributing to the planning, development, testing, and implementation of data-related projects.
  • Employ programming languages such as Python and R for advanced data analysis and statistical modeling.
  • Stay updated on industry trends related to linked data and vaticinate methodologies to enhance analytical capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis with a strong understanding of database design principles.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for creating visual reports and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with Talend or similar ETL tools for data integration processes.
  • Knowledge of SDLC processes and methodologies is preferred.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and R for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Pay: $96,401.00 - $99,437.00 per year
