HelixVM is a digital health venture seeking a mathematically minded Paid Search Analyst. A quantitative background with a performance-driven digital marketing perspective is ideal. The Paid Search Analyst will manage multi-million-dollar Google and Bing campaigns. You'll analyze internal and external data to optimize ROI, focusing on KPIs like cost per lead and cost per patient. Strong budget management and effective communication with leadership are key. We're looking for a self-motivated team player with a "whatever it takes" attitude.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads, focusing on ROI and KPIs.
- Manage multimillion-dollar budgets across 100 ad groups for optimal spend efficiency.
- Analyze and optimize performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate).
- Improve ad relevance, quality scores, and CTR through data-driven strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, bidding strategies, and A/B testing to maximize campaign performance.
- Implement Google Tag Manager for tracking and performance measurement.
- Provide weekly performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3 years experience
- Strong analytical skills with a “data-first” approach and proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders, including CEO.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns.
- Proficient in Excel and other data visualization tools.a
