FORVIA -HELLA is seeking its next great Product Development Manager to join our growingenergy team. The primary function of this position will be manage all functionaland technical engineering activities for traditional and EV related energyprograms.

DailyResponsibilities
- Manage and develop a growing engineering design group responsible for an array of energy based automotive products for traditional, hybrid, and EV based vehicles. This will be for full program development and RFQ / Prototyping activities.
- Inspire to achieve all group and program initiatives within established guidelines
- Conduct resource planning initiatives for all assigned programs
- Coordinate agreements in QTC for your project team while avoiding risks and achieving targets.
- Work to develop team members for continuous advancement of team skills and retention of employees.
- Drive technical business development and customer acquisition as well as analyze and ensure customer requirements relevant for development
