YOUR TASKS
Warehouse management
1 Managing the shipping warehouse, in particular ensuring availability of the parts stored there, as well as monitoring and correcting stock levels (permanent inventory).
2 Guaranteeing the transport of finished goods and assemblies.
3 Monitoring all shipping warehouse-relevant processes, master data and warehouse types in the SAP system, initiating measures to secure system availability.
4 Arranging and monitoring maintenance and repair work on all movable assets and plant facilities within the area of responsibility.
5 Monitoring and optimizing how work is carried out and the working methods and processes used, assisting in the planning and design of the respective working areas.
6 Monitoring and carrying out measures to meet the target requirements.
7 Processing transport damage according to specifications and processing logistics complaints.
8 Controlling empties requirements within the plant and monitoring the correct collection and sorting of all the waste accumulated in the area of responsibility.
9 Carrying out and monitoring the planning and storage of hazardous goods in compliance with the legal Requirements.
10 Maintain customer portals as needed.
B Specialist tasks (planning, rationalization)
1 Implementing daily shop floor management systematics and providing instructions on the structured problem-solving process and CIP.
2 Managing quality methods for systematic problem solving.
C Project Management
1 Support the management of logistics projects from technical and organizational perspective incl. rollout and sustainable implementation of corporate standard processes.
2 Coordinating and monitoring tasks within project teams by using defined methods and Systems.
3 Preparing and further development of concepts for improving processes in his area of responsibility.
D Leadership
1 Deploying employees corresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure. Instructing and supporting employees in a target-oriented and motivating manner to fulfill the tasks.
2 Guiding, instructing and supporting employees in function-related tasks.
3 Responsible to sustain the team performance and evaluation as well as qualification demands.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
At least 3-5 years of experience supervising warehouse operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Proven experience in warehouse operations and logistics.
Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and government regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to optimize workflows and streamline operational processes.
Experience in inventory management and supply chain.
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects.
Has an excellent sense of responsibility and reliability.
Willingness to work overtime or flexible hours when needed.
Capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
