Manages, directs and oversees general operations on a day-to-day basis.Scrutinizes guest experience to ensure any below standard service is corrected.Receives, reviews and acts upon complaints received from guests.Conducts daily checks to ensure quality adherence and standards as well as overall cleanliness in the FOH.Monitor employee performance and participates in employee reviews.Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals; rewarding and disciplining.Checks reservations.Does FOH scheduling.Approves stations.Ensures side work is done and bar is properly stocked.Ensures that employees look professional and have proper uniforms.Performs and / or oversees FOH maintenance schedule.Checks out Servers, Bartenders and Retail Bakery Sales Associates, solves shortages.Ensures all safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.Will adhere to the company attendance policy and dress code (proper uniform including non-slip shoes).Other duties may be assigned .Skills :

Minimum of 2 years experience in equivalent position with proven skills in successful cost and labor controls.Hospitality management degree preferred although candidates with a combination of experience may be considered.Food Manager Certification and Food Safety Certification required.Other :
