As a Cook at Hellas Restaurant and Bakery, you will be a key part of our kitchen team, preparing and executing high-quality dishes while maintaining a clean, efficient, and safe work environment. Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu specifications and standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Assist in food prep and ensure ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
Monitor food stock levels and report any shortages or equipment issues.
Always follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Ensure consistent presentation and quality of all dishes before serving.
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, including chefs and servers, to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications :

Prior cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Passion for food and commitment to quality.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
