Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety standards.
- Collaborate with plant management to integrate HR practices, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns, resolving grievances, and providing guidance on performance issues, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through communication, training programs, and leadership development initiatives, while maintaining training materials and conducting workshops.
- Oversee performance appraisals, payroll processing, benefits programs, compensation strategies, and health and safety initiatives, including audits and incident investigations.
- Monitor employee satisfaction, manage diversity and inclusion initiatives, and use HR metrics and turnover analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience; manufacturing experience required.
- 2-5 years of experience in accounts payable and vendor relationships.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, safety regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Experience in performance management, training, and development programs.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture and continuous improvement.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Availability to travel as needed.
