Key Responsibilities: Deliver the elementary school curriculum in a creative, engaging, and effective manner. Foster a nurturing and supportive classroom environment that encourages students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Demonstrate enthusiasm for teaching and learning, inspiring students to reach their full potential. Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues as part of a collaborative and family-like school community. Adapt lessons to meet the diverse needs of all students, ensuring they are engaged and motivated. Uphold school values, maintaining a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment. Regularly assess and monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
