As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will apply your dynamic abilities by:
- Maintaining the budgeted census levels at your community through a coordination of external and internal marketing efforts
- Guaranteeing that residents and their families experience a high level of customer service through an effective admissions process
- Developing and maintaining relationships to advise them of programs and services the community can provide
- Maintaining a working knowledge of Federal and State regulations
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Knowledge of reimbursement programs and managed care referral processes
- Education or previous experience in the healthcare field
- Able to communicate effectively
