We’re Looking for an Executive Director!

As the Executive Director, you will apply your dynamic abilities by:
- Providing exceptional overall management of the fiscal operations of the community
- Delivering high quality resident care and services in accordance with professional standards, state and federal rules and regulations, and operational policies
- Positively promoting employee programs and encourage staff participation
- Participating in budget development, overseeing fiscal management according to budgetary parameters established, and monitoring departmental compliance
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Current Health Facility Administrators License for the State of Indiana required
- Ability to demonstrate expertise in a variety of long-term care concepts, practices, and procedures
- Well - developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized , detail oriented , and manages time efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-care related field is preferred
